OnlyOffice Documentation

OnlyOffice is the Ploinky-managed agent that owns the workspace Document Server. The agent declares its image (pinned via ${ONLYOFFICE_VERSION}), derived JWT secret, internal port, readiness probe, and persistent storage in manifest.json. Explorer remains the office-session and storage bridge.
